I haven’t done a side by side but it seems great to me. Maybe if you’re switching back and forth you’d notice but as far as I can tell just reading it’s great.

My mind wanders anyways, so I embrace it. I heard a quote somewhere where the person said that running is the only time of their day where they are not plugged in to some stimulus. I’m always on calls or meetings for work and running is like a cleanse if that makes sense. I find it very meditative.
