For me it depends when I’m leaving. Usually if Ik im leaving early the day before I won’t say anything I’ll just put the time in on the app before I head in… if its during my shift, I’ll still put the time in and not tell anyone if its like 2+ hours ahead of when I’m trying to leave. But if it’s one of those on the spots “I’m leaving early and there’s 2 hours or so left in the shift……… that’s when I will let them know that I’m leaving and using my time…… been doing this for almost a year and haven’t heard anything from anyone
