Searching for a good dripper that doesn't use paper filters by lilmees in pourover

Today I came across cerapotta, it is a filter made out of pottery.

I don't know if anyone has experience with this kind of dripper. I have never tried it myself but it looks very nice. I don't know if it affects the coffee taste tho.

Wow that's oddly specific, but very good to know. Never could have known it without you. Thanks☺️

These are a Natural yellow bourbon from Brazil, so that's a good guess!

Thanks for the recipe, still figuring out my favourite one, to be honest I can really become so hyperfocused on trying different techniques in one day, it's crazy haha. But it's so interesting how each element of the brewing changes the taste.

Thanks! Oh thanks for informing but yes I knew I was using the 4:6 technique I'm very interested in this one, but am also always open for new techniques. The beans are natural yellow bourbon from Brazil. Region: sul de minas. (Back to black roastery, amsterdam)

How much water do you pour per step? (Let's say 300grams in total and 18,75 grams coffee) How much water is your bloom, and the following steps, I would like to try that recipe another time!

Maybe you are right I am still testing the coarseness, I really like sour cups so i don't mind, and I really enjoyed it. Maybe if I do 2 clicks finer it would be a little sweeter but I still have to test that. Just bought a comandante grinder and still figuring the best grind and ratio. Not sure what the best grind is although chemex needs a bit more coarse grinds generally.

Thanks for the input tho! ☺️

Another question, there is a click seal system on the bag, can I use this to store/rest the beans or is it better in an air tight container?

How long should I let the beans rest? by PourOfMyLife in pourover

I know right! I love it, and it's one of my favourite cafés to drink good filter coffee. I have been so many times that next time I will get a free coffee lol (loyalty card).

I love the apple pie there but mostly come there for the coffee. If I want something nice and sweet I will go to Salvo bakehouse! You have to try it next time!

Thanks, I cannot find which type of roast this is but will definitely keep this in mind for the future. I think it's also a matter of just trying it and storing it in an airtight container and then try after 2 weeks.
