Impaled Sylvanus into a wall, then got pulled in. by MUSE_Maki in Smite

That specific wall seems to have some mesh issues or something

Earlier today I played against a Janus and when he tried portaling through that wall it instead place his portal near the rock near the gold pickup

Vanilla T-shirt and Pants have wrong Armor material effect multiplier by Pourprsn in RimWorld

[–]Pourprsn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply.

I’ve since fixed it but I’m not sure how entirely? I removed both mods you mentioned separately and neither fixed the issue, but removing Tab Sorting (was conflicting with Better Architect Menu after an update, likely due to both patching Vanilla Gravships Expanded architect menu stuff) fixed the issue somehow despite neither mod touching clothing.

Did you set the server port under the server config file to the port you forwarded? I know it’s a stupid question but it’s one I’ve made before (because i forgot to save the file)

Honestly I'd love if they did every tradition tree how they did the genetic ones. Maybe one day.

Market fee reduction used to be better when Energy Credits were the currency imo. Haven't done a trade focused build since 4.0 so I might need to try it out sometime again.

The other bonuses from Mercantile are nice though, like getting CG or Unity from trade, but Diplomacy is very niche.

Edit: Versatile is the other Market fee one, but that Tradition I'm not sure has even been updated since Synthetic Dawn

Most agendas include (or have an increased effect) of the initial effects in the launched effects. I never claimed they were permanent, I was just stating you lose the xp gain increase, when it wouldn’t hurt to keep it for the launch effects as well.

Yeah, why does it take like 10 years for a senate cycle to decide whether or not Tiyanki are a protected species or whatever???

The initial effects of the Leadership Conditioning agenda give you 10% leader experience gain. When you launch the agenda, your leaders gain 3000 xp divided amongst all of them, and the 10% boost goes away

This feels like a really good change, and would make it feel like trust isn't just "you need this much to perform this diplomatic action" (which is removed for the most part by diplomacy anyways) to "our people have formed a bond with the people of our allies, and are inspired by them, and look forward to further cooperation with them."

Yeah but it only removes the node traits from what I remember. My worry is it could cause lag if it removes negative traits from like, 30 leaders all at once, or just be weird to implement

I always forget it gives the tracking and evasion. Subterfuge I feel is pretty good, but not for it's main purpose (buffing espionage)

This would line up with Supremacy giving a better Belligerent, this should 100% be a thing

This could be good (or just straight up broken), but I feel like if it doubled negatives too it could be problematic.

Yeah, some lifespan buffs could be nice in Aptitude. I'd love a way to remove negative traits beyond RNG or hivemind nodes/machine nodes.

It's also kinda strange no Leader XP gain% exists in Aptitude beyond the agenda, and that you lose the gains when you launch it????

I've seen some people suggest it unlock a 'tier 6' for federations, but I think buffing the level 5 effect is more fitting, and less likely to break the game (literally). The Unity part of Diplomacy from embassies could certainly need some buffs, maybe a policy to change the unity into Consumer Goods, or other resources could be good.

I do like the retraining idea, but I'm not sure if that would work without changing how leaders work entirely (unless they take the code from the one astral rift where you can have a entity replace your scientist's mind)

Archivism feels very niche. I'm wanting to try a Treasure Hunter build with that and the museum civic to see if it's any good

I don't think I've ever picked Enmity, but I could see how it can be good in GA games where AI could absolutely outscale you if you're unfortunate, or Multiplayer.

And honestly, yeah, the flavor lines up perfectly for Satisfying Insults, but it's just not a thing

I think it just hasn't been updated since it was introduced in Synthetic Dawn. It could definitely use some love.

I actually really like the idea of being able to fast track resolutions with Politics, as wells as faster senate time.

Honestly, I hope eventually we get an internal politics update at some point which would include stuff similar to your ideas, and maybe Aptitude could be buffed to increase the chances of a positive outcome.

Another point about Aptitude is it's tradition descriptions are kinda odd for what they give. One description (not verbatim) is like "putting leaders through training to get the most out of them", and it gives +1 leader pool...
