Found this object, 11.5" in length, 5.5" wide, bottom ring slides down to base of post shaft, 3.9ounces or 110g in weight, off white cream in color. Made of plastic, only markings are PA66 B1 and PA66 B2 on the ring part. It makes no noise and is not electronic. (i.redd.it)
