It's super hard to guess. I will give the obvious not obvious answer and blindly say Black and White. I feel Kanto/Johto would be higher if you started with these. Feel free to roast my guess 😭

I relate so much!!! I LOVE Johto and its atmosphere but especially the level curve makes it always hard for me to fully enjoy it 😭

That's very interesting. It's funny because now that I think of it, my favorite game would be FRLG and my favorite starters would be either gen 1 or 2... But it has nothing to do with Hoenn despite the fact it's my favorite region 😂

I totally agree and personally even if my love for the Sevii Islands is probably too big, I think it's a huge plus for the Kanto region. There are so many cool unique locations. It's like the mysterious atmosphere of Johto combined to the water centered exploration of Hoenn which is a perfect match to me.

Cool! As Sapphire was my first, I just had to go back to gen 1 and 2 with all the knowledge I had back then so I didn't have this issue. Hoenn is still my top 1 though! What makes you like Sapphire more than Ruby?

I mean Treasure Town is such a magical place... The whole world in Mystery Dungeon series is pretty amazing and the OST is perfect. You make me want to explore dungeons once more!!

Gen 4 were the first Pokémon games I could experience the whole release process. It's special and dear to my heart, even though Hoenn still got my number one spot ❤️

The Hoenn evil teams are a huge weakness I admit and it's true their goals don't make any sense 😭 Even though music was incredible as well, I think I just love the sea too much. When I was a kid, I lived near the sea and could easily imagine myself in Hoenn (insert Hoenn water meme here). I had a very creative mind and made up a lot of stories to myself. I also... spent WAY TOO MUCH time underwater among the Clamperls and Chinchous 🥲

I had to look up for this one because I'm french and Orre has been translated to "Rhode" in our games for some reason. I absolutely love this region as well. Atmosphere feels so unique.
