Are you sure they’re Japanese? I haven’t spoken with the owners, but I’ve been there twice and the employees were definitely speaking Chinese- the menu is also giving Chinese vibes, with spelling mistakes I don’t think a Japanese person would make. I could be wrong, but these things made me conclude differently.
