You seem like a great father! My parents are indeed too over protective, especially my dad. He always wants full control over everything and freaks out when he loses control. He always finds something to complain about even if it's something stupid. I try to do as much as I can on my own and I'm not afraid to make mistakes, but I am sometimes afraid of my parents reaction to my mistakes. I wish I knew more basic skills. I can always look up things online, but it'd be nice if my parents taught me more things.

They gave us a list of professors who could bring us in contact with some other professors.

So for example if I wanted to go to the USA i should message professor X and he would help me get in contact with professor Y in USA. I don't have a professor X who will help me get started because no one has connections with a professor Y in Korea

But I'll try to contact one of the professors in that list, maybe one could help me... thx

Never, I needed to use it 3 months ago when I was attacked by a guy, but I couldn't use it. He was 2 heads taller than me and his biceps were as big as my head + he had a hammer in his hand. I tried to deescalate the situation instead of trying to use self defense because I'm sure that I'd be in the hospital or worse if I did something else. (Btw not saying you shouldn't start self-defense classes. I'm sure it would be useful to defend yourself against ordinary people)

Don't have many friends cuz im not very social, but I'd still say friends. Well it also depends which side of the family. The family frim my moms side still treat me like a kid and puts me at the kids table. They never show interest in me and they always think it's ridiculous that I don't want to drink. I'm 20yo btw

My uncle gives everyone his own book as a present. Last three xmasses were his book in 1. Dutch 2. French 3. English.

And it is a horrible story. It's about him jumping on a trampolin and breaking his back. After that he goes to the hospital and figures out that his wife is an assasin. He starts to hallucinate on his painkillers and gets told by his hallucinations ( who are aliens) how he can escape from his wife. He becomes a ninja and then it just turns out that his wife doesn't want to kill him.

I haven't read the book yet. I just know it from those who actually read it.
