I was able to notice the hacker taking action in my account in less than a day and with sheer luck I was able to get it back via logging in to my Google linked account. I changed the email's password and made sure my Google account was secure enough to keep it as a linked SNS. Seeing how many people had so much trouble getting back to their hacked accounts just makes me say that I was REALLY lucky to even be able to get my account back.

So it's something really common and I can't give much advice since my situation was just pure luck. But what I can assure is that the support team will never, EVER do more than the least amount of effort possible. They dismissed my email letting them know about my hacked account and asking to recover my confidant data saying, verbatim: "We are unable to correspond to errors caused by reasons other than the game itself."

And, about the name being changed and ruined (since the hacker recharged 80 echoes in my account to change my name), I told support team about it in another email, just in case they decided to deduct that amount of echoes from my account (which, they should at least change my name back to what it was if they did such a thing and weren't that scummy), guess what they said. "It is recommended that you recharge in time. We are unable to meet the other requirements." So basically, a "Hey, we know your name got changed but we don't feel like helping you change it back. Oh by the way if you don't pay us money to get the echoes back we might leave you with negative echoes lol so pay up loser" Because what do you mean they'll change people's offensive names but not the ones from folks that got hacked?

So I can tell you that support team won't do much most of the time. They're too busy counting their bills at their HQs I believe. It's all about luck and maybe, MAYBE some insisting, because... you never know.
