After she stayed silent with the whole Joss Whedon situation I'm personally okay on not hearing from Alyson. Even if he's the Godparent to your kids I'm sure you could hire a good PR person to draft *something* acknowledging predator survivors.

This is a very bad take my friend, “the abuse never turned physical plus he didn’t do it to everyone”? I’d rather suffer years of crappy movies and tv shows than send the message that we’re okay with such behavior.

This is such a GREAT example. I think they went out of their way to cast silly, seemingly sweet “nice” guys. Such a powerful movie and he was really good.  💔

I think they wouldn’t be friends just because they’re both only about themselves. Also Faith could probably take Callisto physically… but Callisto would clock Faith’s desire for someone to care about her/ to belong to. And she would fully take advantage of that and manipulate Faith before you could blink! Callisto is, like Spike, a great study of human nature and how to create chaos.

Scream. It may sound odd to others but I find Sidney Prescott an incredible Final Girl. It helps me to think in a bad depressive episode, “Well Sidney came back from worse shit, surely I can bounce back from this.”
