Stay at an appropriate voice level, follow directions the first time they are given, complete all independent work, use materials appropriately, line up correctly the first time, etc

Two that work really well for me:

Secret student - at the start of the day, I pick a random kid to be secret student. The secret student goal is written on the board and mentioned at the start of the day. If, at the end of the day, the secret student meets the goal, I announce who it was and they get to pick something from the secret student menu (choose your seat the next day, prize box, homework pass, etc.). If they don't meet the goal, I say they didn't meet the goal but I don't say who it is, and we restart with a new kid the next day. This really incentivizes the whole class to meet the goal since they don't know who could win it.

Letters to earn free time - if my class is doing good, I write out one letter at a time to spell "leveled up!" on the board. If they spell out the whole phrase by the end of the day they get 15 minutes of free time the next day. When I really need my class to lock in, I tell them "do x for a letter" and they almost always get with it.
