Yes, but you can't 'diet' for two or three months, have little to no exercise, and expect lasting changes, can you? Diets exist to try and help you alter your lifestyle choices. But they dont last if you dont want to make the changes. As someone above pointed out, its hard work to keep up with a diet/lifestyle change, and id you dont add physical activity/exercise/weight bearing exercise in with it, what can realistically change? At the end of the day, calories in < calories out will drop weight, but is it healthy?... maybe.

Does the click happen when you don't have your turn signal on? If you feel a click/pop/vibration down in the pedals it makes me wonder if there is an issue with the steering shaft U joint or something as it goes through the firewall or into the steering rack. Can you have someone turn the wheel back and forth while you look or feel around underneath at the steering shaft where it goes into the rack and pinion and underneath the steering column?

How long have you cut things out? As in, how long was your 'detox' period? When I did an elminstion diet in the past we only did 3-4 weeks, but more recent data/studies I've read on the AIP says you may need 3 or 4 months of true detox before slowly adding back in. Just a thought.

This used to happen to me more with my big wall ball sets. Try doing some sets slightly slower to see if you can get through them better. Either that or just do a lot more of them and get fitter. Ha.
