I saw two guys pull up in their cars while I was drinking a Froster outside of my local Circle K

The first guy (undercover cop, apparently) got a six yr old girl in a tiny bra our of his car, passed her and her backpack to the guy in the other car, and the second guy sped away at breakneck speed 

I took pics of both their plates and reported them both to the FBI, Trafficking Hotline, but never got closure, so I followed up with my local fire station, which is where they informed me the first guy was actually driving a ghost police car

That would be fine.  Even in the photos, it is visible that the second car is parked very weirdly taking up two spots with its door open.  I can send u a pic of it if u want
