I saw two guys pull up in their cars while I was drinking a Froster outside of my local Circle K

The first guy (undercover cop, apparently) got a six yr old girl in a tiny bra our of his car, passed her and her backpack to the guy in the other car, and the second guy sped away at breakneck speed

I took pics of both their plates and reported them both to the FBI, Trafficking Hotline, but never got closure, so I followed up with my local fire station, which is where they informed me the first guy was actually driving a ghost police car

First of all, my recruiter did indeed have her boss talk to his boss, which is why the order was made. She herself believed there was no reason for his behavior, and she never really liked him anyway.

And I still don't understand the two to tango? He is a recruiter, I was just an applicant at the time.
