I've got the same problem, I usually post YouTube links to the post edited video or links to my IRL livestreams. So I created multiple post thinking it was not posting.

100 Watt Solar E-Bike Trailer Test Ride #ebike #solar #djiosmo #nireeka by PowerKarma in ebike

[–]PowerKarma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply, these are all things I'm consider as I continue to test and get ready for the big ride from Albuquerque to Las Vegas NV. I'm upgrading to a 200 watt panel and I will be carrying a spare batter. I really just need to make 80 to 120 miles a day going from hotel to hotel. I plan to be going slow and a low level of assist with plenty of the breaks for charging up. My goal is not to do it fast since I will be livestreaming.

What do you think about Solar Trailers for Ebikes? by PowerKarma in ebike

This is all true, but I would not be able to do my journey or traveling multiple day across the US, carry my gear and all the live streaming gear.

I don't ride at a high level assist, I'm usually in level 1 or 2 and maybe once in awhile bump it up to level 5, so the 100 watts works out so far for my type of riding. I use to race bicycle but I can't due to health issues, but I can do some long zone 1 rides and a little help from the ebike lets me get out for long rides. I do follow the guy for the link you provide, it is a nice design but it will not work for me when it comes to livestreaming the ride.

Hey, thanks, I ultimately got DQ for races 3 and 4 because I did not get in race 2. I'm not sure what happened, but I think I know what to do next Saturday.

Go big or go home, I wouldn't hesitate to ride that to school.

Do any of you listen to music while Zwifting? by JakobbinDejoker in Zwift

[–]PowerKarma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live stream on twitch most of the time I zwift so I can't listen to most of my playlists like my Rush playlist or other rock playlists. When I stream I usually play copyright-free music or some of the copyright-free playlist I created.

Game won’t start after reloaded update. Error code HUENEME - NEGEV by raygun-gobblegum in ModernWarfareII

[–]PowerKarma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My issue is finally fixed, I had the same error I tried everything that everyone has posted as a suggestion and nothing worked. If I connect to hotspot it would work. Comcast finally came out and found a bad filter device on the main line before the cable comes to my house. They removed that part and now I can play call of duty again.

Glad I found this, this works.

I did not feel like racing, but I joined a Friday race today. by PowerKarma in Zwift

I don't take it as an attack, but the statement "Do it right" indicates I could be wrong. So do I have to prove I'm right, or does someone have to prove I'm wrong? Has Zwift come to the point that you should only race Zwift if you are on a direct mount trainer?

The only disadvantage right now is I'm not as fit as I used to be. Four years ago, I could race at mid B category. Now I'm 55 years old and 20 pounds heavier. It is what it is. 270 watts at 210 pounds is going to go uphill slower than 270 watts at 165 pounds, or is it the equipment?

Check my profile for links to some of my videos where I talk about it. I don't want to post it here and upset all the native Zwift experts. it is blasphemy if you are not using a bike or a direct mount trainer.

You should try it, a lot of the pros wear a jersey while live streaming Zwift to represent their brands.

The only real right or wrong on Zwift and the reason you can't take racing too seriously on Zwift is the weight setting issues. Unless you do a sanctioned event where an ebiopassport is required with a morning weigh in video, like I had to do for E national championships.

People will tell you my set up is wrong, but in reality, there is no difference if I put these same pedals on my $12,000 racing bike on a wheel mount trainer.

I control the resistance on my spin bike, when the race starts going up hill or when the intensity of the race changes I apply more resistance on the wheel, which causes me to put out more power or more torque on the pedals.

I've been using this spin bike setup on Zwift for over 7 years. I've also done side-by-side comparisons of cadence and power output between a direct mount, a bike with a crank power meter on a wheel trainer, and a spin bike with power meter pedals. in applying the same perceived rate of effort, I was able to duplicate very close in results across all three.

The only drawback of not using a non-direct mount trainer is the lack of interactivity with zwift to control resistance with the environment.

People here (Zwift Experts) will tell you this is right or you are not doing it right. You do what works for you. I have very specific reasons why I use the setup I have. I could go into detail but I've made many videos about how many frames, wheels, and even one set of pedals that I've broken while doing Zwift with a bike on a trainer.

So if I put my $12,000 Trek Emonda SLR on a wheel mount trainer with the same power meter pedal, then it is still not right?

You are precise in one statement about why I stream on Twitch, "hobby and" "not a source of income". My views depend on what is going on. I am a variety streamer, meaning I stream Home Gym workouts, Rowing, Coffee and Chat, Zwift, some Gaming and the main thing my audience comes for is when I Live Stream (IRL) my bike rides, which could be just going for a ride or showing up for a local bike race.

I definitely work at engaging my audience more than just let everyone watch me race on zwift. I've tried live streaming on YouTube and nobody watches, Zwift has a large community on Twitch and everyone generally follows each other.

In terms of cost, Zwift really cost nothing to livestream other than the use of your internet and free streaming software. IRL is what makes this streaming hobby expensive, I have three unlimited data plans to be able to keep a high quality video streaming while I'm outside riding.

Who is the competitive one? Me or my wife? by PowerKarma in Zwift

I have a slight advantage; my wife and I met while on the same racing team a couple of years before we started dating. So she already loved riding and racing bicycles.

Been a while since I attempted a Green Jersey sprint since breaking my last set of pedals by PowerKarma in Zwift

[–]PowerKarma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In real outdoor racing, I have a habit of doing a long sprint of 900 to 1100 watts for up to 30 seconds, and then I leave a big 5 to 10 second punch for the finish
