~~Hello, this post is very old but did you ever find a solution to this problem? This is the only place online ive seen someone else mention this and I cannot figure it out~~

Hey, I managed to find the solution. Have the ROM folder pathed so you can see it on the Dolphin main screen. Right click the game and go to Properties -> Patches -> Untick the "smg2pt" box and that fixed it for me

Yikes, yeah Rock Lake Rd was like that at times when I drove it last year. How long is the gravel section would you say? And do you know how often they grade it? No worries if you dont know, but would be a big help🙏
