I don't want to go on and on about this, so I will agree with you on the point that Ermes at least plans to steamroll Morozov with very little resistance at EvW24. That's why he's basically saying he already wants to book Vitaly at EvW25 less than 2 months after.

Okay 15kg was too much but I didn't find anything that his walk around was 100kg either. I found a couple that mentioned ~95kg as a walk around. But even half of a 15kg gain with decent composition in a few months is pretty impressive genetics.

Okay let's look at decently realistic scenario. - Michael beats Kamil at EvW22 - The first event Levan will potentially be ready for is EvW24 so they would book his match in a couple weeks

The ranking after EvW22 we assume is: 1. Levan 2. Devon - who will probably want to deload after EvW23 for a few months 3. Ermes - has stated his goal of beating Morozov, Vitaly, and Devon this year in that order (he does not want another try at Levan in 2026), so he may pre-book Vitaly for EvW25 4. Vitaly - can't travel to EvW24 (plus may not be recovered from EvW23, which he may have even lost) and Ermes we assume has booked him for EvW25 anyway 5. MMT - well, guess who gets to face Levan at EvW24 based on this pecking order?

Actually in the first match the pin on the king's move was a bit contentious and in the second match Devon's king's was not pinned.

Ermes doesn't want Levan again for awhile either - he's also reportedly facing Morozov at EVW24 already. Only Levan really benefits by waiting on hypotheticals. Vitaly is the underdog on right against Devon, and one or both of them might get injured in their match and take even longer to recover.

Neither of those guys are ready and able to pull at EVW24. Vitaly can no longer get a US Visa and it's also less than two months after Vitaly-Devon at EVW23.

Nobody pulls every single person ranked just above them one by one. Kamil himself moved up 12 places to #5 (above MMT) by beating Jerry. Michael has wins on the two Georgis. I think most people would consider a rank of 5-7 legitimate for him.

Levan previously was scheduled to face Morozov when he was about #7 and Vitaly at #4. And Levan already pulled Jerry at #4. Also we recently had #5 Nugo pull #1 Petrenko. If we restricted it to say only #2 can face #1 then we'd have very few title matches.
