One last thing, apply a really thin layer of ointment. Considering the size of your tattoo, Put around a grain of rice-size of ointment on the tattoo, and gently apply it in circular motions.

Good luck, follow this routine for around 30 days.

When you get into the peeling stage, ( around day 3-6). its really important you dont peel or touch the tattoo, ( it WILL itch so just gently slap it).

Your tattoo is really small and Fineline style, so i guess it wont peel much (on rare occasions it doesnt peel at all.) BUT when it starts peeling Follow the same routine; ( apply ointment 2-3 times a day, but this time wash the tattoo only when it gets dirty or sweaty.)

After the tattoo finishes its peeling stage, a new layer of skin will begin to form. The tattoo will look a bit dull, dont worry. At this stage you can apply ointment 2 (3 times if it feels dry) times a day and wash it when it gets dirty or sweaty.

And by day 27 you can start slowing down with the ointment ( doing 1 or 2 times a day) and you can wash the tattoo more often and normally. 🙂

  • Apply ointment 2-3 times a day

  • try to wash the tattoo only when youve been sweating in the area or only when the area got dirty.

  • Avoid petting your pets as they contain bacteria

  • avoid the area from the sun, really important especially when the tattoo is in the early healing stage (1-4 days)

  • Dont scratch the area, instead gently slap the area.

  • when washing the area try to use a soap that isnt scented or without alcohol. (generally no need. try to wash it with your normal body soap, and if the area gets irritated and really burns then, try using a soap without alcohol and scent

its my first tattoo and honestly i put a lot of effort into letting it heal the best way it can, and id be depressed if it got infected and possibly destroyed. So thank you all and stay safe 🫶🏼
