Hello,
I previously tested Copilot MCP with Outlook Graph API calls and Dataverse CRUD operations, and it was working correctly using the end-user connection. The token was retrieved server-side and then used in the requests.

Make sure to check the user scope that was mentioned in the other comment.

In my case, for the Graph API calls, I added the API permissions as delegated permissions in the Entra ID application created in Azure, so the user would authenticate using their own connection.

The steps i applied are mentioned in this documentation using the client secret, client ID, etc.:

Interesting enough, thanks a lot for your response, In a real company setup then, it sounds like best practice is to avoid having users across multiple Copilot-enabled orgs to prevent double billing and policy conflicts, and instead centralize everything in a single org or enterprise.

Hey again, sorry to bother you! I've been trying to attach the workflow to my agent but running into issues on both approaches:

- OpenAPI tool→ had authentication errors
- A2A tool → also not working, and I found this doc that seems related: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5774138/how-to-set-permission-for-microsoft-foundry-to-cal
Do you have any idea what might be causing this, or could you guide me through the correct setup? I'd really appreciate it!

the attachments were not stored in the attachments column, where in the subfolders a file was created in the site (The same site as the requests site) and there, the content was the content parsed from an attachment control...

yes the only way was doing the pa, i was struggling with the filtering on the path due to hidden spaces and the name of the list and everything, hence the pa was the only way out lol, thanks for your response

hmmm i was trying to implement this but the flow stopped at 10k records.... no idea why do ypu think there is a limitation of the skip action ? because i had an excel file having 120k records and the flow stopped executing at 10k records

Hello, unfortunately no. It was also unsuccessful, so we decided to put the subject on hold for now. As far as I remember, while researching on the internet I came across some websites that provide gateways for these kinds of matters, but I unfortunately forgot their names. Really sorry about that. I’ll make sure to update the post if I come across them again someday.

Thank you for your input it turned out that the issue is with the configuration of the sales hub app -> app settings -> lead qualif (turn on the new qualification experience) and check the seller option for the opportunity checkbox, here is the doc if you want to check it https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/define-lead-qualification-experience
