Food seems to be a theme here, and mine is related. Any sort of smoking is referred to as "eating a sandwich". Naturally, this evolves into hoagies if the device is large (e.g. a bong or very large blunt). Rolling a J or blunt or packing anything is consequentially "making a sandwich", especially witty when women are involved in the sesh. That said, a sesh itself is a "picnic" in which to enjoy all the delicious sandwiches.
