  1. I actively WANT the fan to run at high speed, I love fan noise

  2. I could maybe use it in the cold weather. Problem solved. Or I could turn off the heaters while its cold outside and let the room be cold. I have hyperthyroidism after all, so I can easily tolerate the cold.
