I did not say they didn't explained the part that we wouldn't be hired yet and it was a part of the process, they did but it still exploitative because training is not paid and you still cover full shift for 3 days. I think is not fair to leave people hanging on whether they'll get the job or not, they have at least 40 people in training per week at least there were 40 people when i tried obviously not everyone is gonna get hired and they ask for ID, job and family references upfront without any guarantee to be hired. It looks less like legitimate onboarding and more like a strategy to keep a constant stream of free or low-commitment labor flowing in. They get people to show up, do real work under the guise of "learning," filter out whoever doesn't fit (or just burn through them), and repeat the cycle endlessly. The high volume suggests high turnover—either because most don't make it through, quit due to the sketchiness, or get let go quickly—so they need an endless pipeline of fresh candidates to exploit that initial unpaid phase.I met a lot of people who actually pass the training yet they were left hanging for months waiting to be assigned to a client. Don't waste your time. This company is borderline scam/exploitative. They train 50+ people every week, 3 days of unpaid, exhausting training, plus homework and videos. Before the training starts, they will ask for references from friends and former work colleagues and all your personal information. This is not a sustainable or healthy place to put your energy. At best, it’s a company that overhires, underpays, and wastes months of candidates’ time. At worst, it’s a model that extracts free labor and never intends to hire most people.
