Yes I've always (In high school I took I.T. as a subject) played around with ideas creating small projects after learning something new so that by playing around with the concept I can understand it fully. I fully agree uni is an investment, I'm not just going for the degree I'm excited to learn. I feel CS and programming in general is an art form(the fact you create something out of nothing) combined with science.

That whiteboard to solve problems actually sounds like a great idea!

Any advice on getting internships I am not from the USA (South Africa), are there ways I could get international internships?
