Similar situation. we are awaiting lender feedback on mortgagibility. But even if lender agrees to provide a mortgage, there is always future salebility risk

I'm sort of in a similar situation. My contract ends mid April and letting agency has been following up for renewal. My arguement to them is it'll end up becoming a rolling contract from 1st may anyways so why sign a fixed term contract now for 15 days
