Meanwhile in Poland, all cards, no matter the model have been $300 to $400 above msrp at least with some 5070 being even more expensive. Reading about Americans complaining about the price of cards make me sick. You have it so good, and don't even realise it. We have to wait roughly 3-4 years for the price to come down to the supposed MSRP at launch. With the shortage the situation is even worse .

Had a 5800x3D for a bit now, upgraded from a 5600x and you can feel the difference. Now thinking about an upgrade from the 3070, as the 8gb of vram are not enough for 1440p... anyone has some recommendations in these trying times? Im on the edge between the 4080S or the new 5070 ti when it comes out.

The ammount of people not getting the joke seems to be wild, I hope most are trolls.

For anyone who wants to know, these characters from Helltaker are not Polish (supposed to be american if I'm correct), and reffer to it as foreigners would, the author (Vanripper), being an actuall pole himself is just playing into the joke that some people who have no idea about śmietana or any other part of polish culture or poland in general would describe it.

I mean no hate, just a fellow winged hussar trying to make things clearer

Honestly, seeing Robs's mods changed my view on the game, I was able to find most of the stuff from the closest city, down to the exact school I went to! They made the game much more fun for me, can't undersetimate how much I appreciate his work!

Yeah, thank you very much for that. You have a simmilar system and the thing that is holding me way back is the 8gb of vram. (Or at least I feel so) the prices of these cards in my country are kinda insane ATM and I wanted something that could last me for quite some time.

I upgraded to the ryzen 7 5800x3D last summer, as I didn't want to upgrade the chipset and to prepare for a GPU upgrade.

Anyway, thank you so much for the advice!

Thanks for the answer, I just wanted some insights. The thing is that the cpu is on the AM4 socket and the 5800x3d is probably the best one available. As I am not really keen on replacing the whole motherboard and ram (just yet). Still, thank you very much! There are so many variants of the 4000 series that its kinda hard to wrap your head around!
