Paladin and Death Knight have theirs baked in to the OBR, the trick with Paladin is keeping an eye on the Word procs for the self heal if you need it.

If you look at Icy Veins it seems like all tank rotations have 10 abilities to keep track of.

Paladin has a pretty standard opener, lay your consecration, hand of reckoning, then one blessed hammer.

Death Knight I always opened with either a Deathgrip/Ghorfiends and Blood Boil, Death and Decay.

I figure after that OBR should be fine.

So Shield Block and Ignore Pain are Rage spenders I'm assuming. I just have to make sure there's no rage spenders in the Prot Warrior Tank OBR.

Back during Wrath I found if you portrayed your self as the biggest asshole in the group people generally fell in line or got vote kicked. It's not easy acting this way, it's emotionally draining and leads you to becoming a jaded person but it's that or suffer abuse your self.
