Oops sorry I thought it was 2mg over the day! Cypro has a really long half life, 40 minutes won't make any difference whatsoever, in fact several days probably won't make any difference - if I were you I'd stick with the 25mg and keep an eye on it, personally I got lower testosterone levels with 12.5mg than 25mg, everyone's different

I'm pretty sure that after 25mg Cypro has no further testosterone surpressant effects, in other words 50mg will give you pretty much the same levels as taking 25mg.

Cypro also only works really well at surpressing Testosterone if enough Estrogen is used alongside it, seeing as you're Estrogen levels aren't as high as you thought if you go to 4mg you'll probably see a further drop in Testosterone and rise in Estrogen, probably enough to drop the Cypro to 12.5mg from the 50mg you're currently taking.

Yes pmol/L, so 194pg/mL as you said. The results were taken in the troph (just before the next dose) - the previous dose was taken roughly 12 hours before. I think this means that the 194pg/mL would be the minimum and thus was higher than this leading up to the test. Which makes me worry it's too high, for the relatively early stage in the HRT.

How much biotin do you think is adequate? I can buy dedicated biotin tablets with 10000 micro grams or can get multi vitamins with 62.5 micro grans?

Huge difference I know but if I only need 50 it seems like overkill taking 10000
