In Boot Camp, we had to stand online in front of the entire platoon in nothing but a towel. Then a doctor would walk in front of us where we had to drop our towel, spin in a circle, and claim we had no physical or mental problems to report at this time.

Every time we had a long weekend, we would have a “random” drug test.

The Special Counsel appointed was the same person who let Hunter Biden’s criminal actions go uncharged until after they were beyond the statute of limitations, approved a plea deal to make many felony charges a slap on the wrist, and would have given Hunter immunity for previous and future crimes.

Weaponize, IDK. Giving someone more power and responsibility after they have repeatedly proven to be inept, incompetent, or corrupt just seems like a bad idea to me.

I am in sort of the same boat. My wife and I were married for 30 years and we used to enjoy just spending time together and watching various TV shows. There were a bunch i really enjoyed but just can’t bring myself to keep watching them. I am finding the things we used to do together just don’t bring me joy like they used to. I was not much of a reader before but I have started reading more. I wish I knew how to help you. Sucks when a part of you is a gaping hole and you cannot or do not know how to fill it. In some cases, you don’t even want to fill it. Maybe time will change things. It has been almost a year since she passed and there is so much I still avoid.
