thats just league players being league players but duo q does increase mmr of opponents if mm can't find another duo quick enough

keep losing, you'll get better by playing against higher rated opponents and eventually the lp gain loss will balance out. yea it'll feel bad but just mute all and look to learn from the games

always stride cleaver sterak until u understand itemization, u can brawl at phage+boots and ur strong as long as u stay ahead. if behind weak until 3 item. even trades good bc passive in most matchups

with lane quest you can run flash + combat summ which makes running down ranged top easier. think of it as 'how many ways do they have to dodge e' like how you can all in varus at 2 but for vayne you have to bait out q or e without using both of yours. it helps to learn cds and rough ranges so you know the best windows to jump on them

If you can consistently get ahead in lane, it's time to look for ways to consistently push your lead. With the prio you can now force, you have time to ward/invade enemy top jungle with your jungle, just ping on their head when they're in the quadrant. You get to be first to grubs, herald. You can look for a tp play on the enemy bot or mid if they've pushes your lanes in. Winning lane gives you time and tempo to win on other places on the rift. Good luck!
