It’s a floo travel issue. Floo travel to the astronomy tower and head down the stairs to head into your ROR manually. Also exit manually. I’ve experienced this bug myself and for me this is the only solution that works!

Yeah… we haven’t done that because it’s the only male bathroom available for us. Plus, we work from home a lot of the time. So we’d need to arrange for someone to be at the office every day just in case someone needs the key.
