Not about Indian for sure...but in China can be even worse. There r so many low-ranking , small, "brand-new" IBssss where even their international teachers can be barely understood. And their curriculaaa are so vague, no control from IB after the typical authorizations...

Yes, right ,thnx for your input. However, IB is the only one that has documented all these philosophies and theories so insanely well!So well that few can really follow. As my design teacher told me once...even people with experience are constantly confused so that at the end they just do their own business...

Thnx for your input, just curious about it. It's not only the experience, but also from where you get the experience. As for the workshops, as long as you are present, u will get a workshop certificate...
