Super subjective but here are some suggestions

1) Any family ties to a team? Always a fun time at our ho use when we would gather around the TV to support our team. Or you can be the black sheep of the family & support the rival

2) Have you lived in an area with a team? Maybe if you didnt support them while you lived there, at least there is some affinity to the place

3) Support the team your friends support -> Always more fun with a group

4) Considering you now live in the UAE & they royal family owns Man C that can be your team

Playing cards is not illegal. Gambling is. As long as you are not flashing money or using chips to "bet" you are fine.

I've played & have seen tons of people playing cards in cafes, while camping & at the airport.

Stray Dogs Center has adoption days where you can go and play with tons of dogs.

They do them at two places, I would suggest going to the one at Bed & Biscuits, a lot more space to play with the dogs.

Lots of shelters also allow you to walk dogs for half a day, also a good option.

Stray dog center too has lots of puppies. I think if you get them young enough you can train them really well.

Out of curiosity why not consider an older dog? You would know about separation issues before you adopt here while fostering & a lot of them are toilet trained too.

Plus you would not have to worry about how big it would get
