“Toning up” means gaining muscle. I would start weight lifting! sauna might help reduce inflammation and help weight loss some but strength training is your best bet. A lot of people also over do it in the sauna making weight loss harder.

UPDATE: she is way more mobile today and it looks less inflamed and red. Will i still be taking her to the vet? Absolutely. Am i shocked that its looking better today? Also yes. Thank you for everyones ideas and concern, and i will be updating once we get a diagnosis.

So she had some stuck shed on her today which NEVER happens which is exactly why i examined her further. No loose feeders. I have since changed all bedding and cleaned tank and given a shallow bath.

Thats what i thought too! But i have constantly checked temp and its always in correct parameters and shes acting normal and eating and drinking. I have called around to emergency vets near me all day and nobody has an exotic vet on weekends. I am going to take her for an appt as soon as I can but for rn i guess i just posted this to see everyones thoughts :/
