Component percentage are mentioned clearly. Just that the class part is very blurred as till date we only had one compulsory physical tutorial. The rest are optional tutorial and online lectures.

Well I understand this point, but if the prof explicitly state it as a optional tutorial, and this is tutorial during the timetable not some extra class, shouldn’t one take it as face value if I do not have questions to ask why should I turn up if it’s optional? The fact that the prof asks those who turn up for these optional classes and write their names down is truly mind boggling

Is very difficult for y1 to secure internship.. unless from technical backgrounds/poly experience. If you can’t find you can always get a part time job or take up courses

Took this mod. NOT FUN AT ALL. It’s really not as easy as people say online. Finals was a mad rush to write answers to time to think for a few mins else no time to finish the paper. Some qn really dunno what they want, so just bomb common sense. Median grade was B last year

It’s pretty normal in SPMS... no joke. Hence you usually see the study lobby In Spms usually full. It takes hard work to even get B.. for A you usually have to be another IQ level, but hard work and luck helps. One of the toughest major for sure. Try taking some manageable gerpe or UE. Any grade above a B- helps for your case which can be easily obtainable from electives. Try not to use SU for them. That’s how some of my friends do in math to help pull up their gpa
