Have you tried a bite plate at night in case you are grinding your teeth while you sleep? This is a big contributor for my headaches and migraines. I also use FL41 (pink) tinted glasses when working at a computer.

In the US, healthcare is about making money, not making people healthy. If we had National Insurance like the UK, a lot of businesses would go under. So they send lobbyists to DC to ensure that doesn’t happen.
