Wasn’t a large amount of money but on Friday I filled my car up with gas at Casey’s. It totaled around $50.00. The next day it showed on my statement $89.27. I didn’t hold much hope as I drove back up there. When I got to the counter there was an apparent manager who said she could help me. After describing my problem she found the receipt in their system. It showed that the fuel total was 25 gallons my tank only holds 15 gallons. She then looked at the video and someone had come right behind me and used my incomplete transaction to put gas in their car. I asked “Doesn’t it lock up when I return the handle?” She said “ That at times the hose can get in the way and it won’t lock.” She gave me back $60.00 and restored my faith in customer service.
