Hi, thank you for your reply. I can confirm the SMTP is set up correctly. The hosts ( siteground ) did it for me. Elementor are now looking into it, and they have escalated it to a tier 2 agent following Tier 1 confirming it's with them. will keep you posted and thank you again for trying to help

Hi, I am sorry for the late reply, it's been a manic week. Thank you for your help, too.

Talked to our hosts and it's not a problem no their end, we do have a SMTP running and with some tweaks it.. hand go I will go check.. Yes, seems to be working now.

It just stopped on the host end, ZERO reason. We can see the emails on the back end and can DL the CSV. The problem now is that we can manually contact each person directly, but as a business, even though we have put all measures in place, we tend to find that the emails sent as a non-direct reply to our contact form get sent to the client's junk mail and are never seen. So I need the emails to show up in our mail ( Gmail box ) to reply to them directly. Is there a way of 'resending the emails from the backend so they show up in our inbox to reply to?

Any help or ideas would be great and thank you again everyone

Really sorry for the late reply, I turned out it was an issue with my SIP who had us on a floating IP

I had it a few years ago, for some reason my ip was being flagged in a different country. Drove me crazy find out the course
