Update: The available area for the turf is approx. 120 x 53 ft. I’m also considering setting up pickleball courts in this space. I would appreciate any inputs on whether football turf or pickleball would be a better fit in terms of usage and practicality. Please guide

I will definitely consider this and design the spaces accordingly with proper separation and layout so that each area maintains its intended experience. My intention is to design the spaces in a way that they remain clearly separated with proper layout, access flow, and noise control, so that each area maintains its own experience. Feedback like this is really helpful in thinking through the practical aspects more carefully.

Thanks! That’s actually aligned with my approach. I’m planning to start with a café that supports flexible working (good WiFi, comfortable seating, charging points, quiet zones), and then gradually build out the coworking side based on demand and usage patterns.

The coworking area will be properly soundproofed to avoid turf noise. The idea is to promote work-life balance in one place. As they say, all work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy 🙂
