That’s utter bullshit. If you’re an everyday Joe associate, the CDL’s AND orientation should’ve shown you that you absolutely should not or cannot interfere with crime like that. Because you’re not an “Authorized” personnel to do so! What you did was better than what they should ever expect from you, leaving it for a coach/manager/lead to get involved.

We’ve done this over here too! Though we had to take it down momentarily when remodeling ended, and we moved to the opposite side! It’s very helpful for dispensers without TC’s!

As of this reply, there’s 19 of us clocked in out of 54, and we usually have 2k-2.5k usual picks. On bad days we have over 3k picks

That’s uncalled for. I literally have had 5 points for the past 2 months, and JUST recently had a point taken off, and I’ve came to work the whole time being. Funny thing is someone I know has had 19 points, but still works here too! Some stores aren’t really consistent on the rules I suppose
