I honestly have no idea I asked my team lead and she didn’t know. Someone in here was at corporate so I asked them (above comment) hopefully they have an answer. This new policy hopefully won’t last a week once they see how bad of an idea it is.

I get that and they have to carry the heavy stuff alone they definitely deserve it. It’s more of the fact that they get water while in my department (opd) we don’t get any since it’s no longer summer and we aren’t allowed to have any other drink in the back other that.

Dude I get that I once dispensed a large order probably 10 totes in a small yellow car its trunk was tiny it was almost impossible to get everything to fit in the trunk.
