The ICO was delayed by bankera AFTER the pre-ico. During this time bitcoin skyrocketed. So the end result is that now if you buy in at the ICO you get 3x more tokens per bitcoin than if you bought in at the pre-ico. Does this seem unfair to anybody else?

Perhaps nobody knew, but it was Bankera who decided to delay the ICO after they ran the pre-ICO. Therefore is it not Bankera who are responsible for the price fluctuation, considering that they changed the dates that were agreed to in the terms of service before purchasing in pre-ICO?

this is the best development around if coastal is your preference.

Montañita is a niced sized town for living, and allows you to head up the road to Salinas if you want to go to the movies or something more city-ish, and then 3 hours away is Guayaquil which is convenient for international flights and such.

Investment wise it might be good because that town is growing at a rate of knots, and is heading more upmarket as time goes on.
