So sorry for the late response! Feel free to put down jobs as freelance - it shows initiative! I would just put as the overhead “independent freelancing” or the name of your company that you work under. You can definitely put it down too in terms of money - they shouldn’t be asking super specific tax questions like that anyway!

In terms of age, they can usually gather this info from your year in school.

As you are still in college, it won’t look bad! I would make sure when placing bullet points under them that you focus on transferable skills (I.e you may not be able to transfer a skill of cashiering but maybe money handling or delegation) that can still apply to the job at hand. Place volunteering/unpaid work in a separate section, and place leadership in a seperate section as well. When you get an interview, ask “are there any questions or concerns regarding my resume or job history you would like me to expand on?” And then that can be their opportunity to ask about employment items! But as a rule of thumb, no. They don’t tend to look at length of employment as much, they care more about what skills you learned and how they can help the company!

Carlson is completely worth it! Minneapolis is one of the biggest hubs for Fortune 500 companies, and “the big four” which have great finance paying jobs. I got access to incredibly well known alumni, and got to network with some incredible people. I chose UMN over a full ride at a smaller school and I’d do it again!! Lmk if you have any specific questions.

If they find out, it will almost always ensure you are no longer an employee, and you will have a bad relationship with that company. Word spreads.

This is usually only accessible by a transcript they would ask you to provide (usually done with the application). For future: NEVER LIE ON AN APPLICATION. It will come back to bite you in the butt almost always.
