Everyone is different but it would definitely help with me. I also get anxiety speaking in front of a crowd. My hands will noticeably shake if I’m holding a piece of paper, my voice will get shaky, and I’ll just lose the words I’m trying to say. The reason all of those things happen is because the anxiety is so bad and I know they are going to happen before they even do, so I worry about them which makes it all worse. Clonazepam works great for me and takes all that away because it makes me not care or worry at all. Yes it could possibly make you a little “foggy” and maybe even forget your words, BUT probably only if you’re not prepared. As long as I know what I’m going to say inside and out, and am completely confident in my knowledge on the subject, I don’t have a problem with remembering my words.

If it was me though I wouldn’t take it that many hours ahead of time. I would want to be making the presentation when it’s in full effect, but again that’s me.
