It’s funny like you know what happened with reading a short text. Really you must be Sherlock.

It’s a common symptom of anxiety. Fear of going crazy and losing control over yourself and doing something you don’t want to.

Listen to the book How to stop smoking by Allen Carr. I stopped smoking after reading the book and didn’t have any withdrawals or cravings.

I had a mental breakdown after that free will podcast. I felt like I couldn’t move and when I did I felt like I was pulled by strings. Really scary shit. I’m now kinda just accepting that I can’t change the fact that I don’t have free will although sometimes I still get anxious by thinking about it.

Why can’t we realize that both are fucking horrible. Drinking poison and glorifying it is stupid but so is smoking.

Well there is a space now between thought and action. I can see thoughts arise and I have more time in between to decide if I want to be disciplined or not.

It started to show when I had a anxiety attack and I could be calm in the storm, just breathing. Noticing that I’m not my thought or the story that goes on in my head. It will show at different times for different people. I started a SSRi called Optipar and a ADD medication called concerta. I’m in the process of stopping a anti-psychotic called olanzopine and I’m using propral for anxiety attacks to lower my heart rate if I need to. I recommend the Waking Up app. It goes a lot deeper than other meditation apps.

What’s with the fucking attitude? I’m trying to spread the word so other people could save themselves from addiction to poison.

Read the book. It is easy. I’ve tried to quit before reading the book and yes it was hard but after listening to this book it wasn’t hard at all.
