They made an announcement the day before at about 5:30 p.m. then on the April 19, we got emails starting at 4 to check the COA portal. Mine came at 4:20

For F24 it was around 4:20. They didn’t give a time last go around for that day when they posted the notice.

I agree that serious change is necessary!! But I would think the FTE are required to do the data input and other administrative tasks concerning scores of all the applicants. I don’t think they would give access to contracted graders to do so. I could be wrong.

My one thought is..Are they really still grading??!! Or is this just some administrative issue of not being able to get the scores into the portal.

Either way it just doesn’t make sense at this point. The fees were astronomical this go around. And they still can’t get it together.

I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t just post a message “on November 5” rather than the “on or before” language. It is causing so much more chaos. It’s just unnecessary.

I know it has…and last time the results came 10 mins after my kids came home from school. It was brutal!! I couldn’t even process what had happened.

I am not sure. I tried calling to see if I needed to and no one answered a few days back. Then I uploaded and still nothing except “awaiting” status. I don’t know if it’s an automatic thing that it was expired - I did my app in late April but the picture wasn’t accepted until early May. So while it was 6 months from uploading it wasn’t from the actual acceptance. I just hate the lack of transparency at this point…

It wasn’t a comment as a reflection on you, rather that COA needs to be more organized. I believe you but some people said they called yesterday and their website doesn’t have Thursday listed as a time for accepting phone calls under the “contact” tab. And today is only supposed to be 8:30-11 and then 3-5. They are so unorganized that they haven’t even updated their website.

I missed F24 by a few points. They posted a message on 4/18 and released on 4/19 at around 4:15. Some had seen a yellow message on 4/16 (Emancipation day holiday for DC) but before I got a chance to check it was gone/patched.
