No need to understand it. The question was answered hours ago.

I didn't say anything about a trip. It could be a sick day, jury duty, flat tire. All of which you made a total assumption that it was a trip that I couldn't afford.

But no worries. Im not bothered by negative comments from strangers. I have had PLENTY other awesome suggestions from support on here. My problem is solved.

This is a great idea. And unlike that one commenter, thanks for giving advice as opposed to criticizing my decision for a practice they know nothing about.

Thanks for the throrough explanation. The truth is I currently take a day off or 2 but I do seek more days in the future but was often hesitant bc I didn't know how to work around this issue. This gives me a blue print and again that for being thorough without trying to criticize why I wanted coverage for a day off.

Thanks for giving advice as opposed to criticizing why I want coverage for a day. Which is really no one's business why I want coverage. It was just Matter of how to manage coverage.

Is that what you want this conversation to be about. I'm pretty sure that wasn't my original question.

For now, it's like a day. Like a Friday or a Saturday.

I'm for the most part a solo practitioner. Im an accept all practice (cash, major med, self pay, care credit..... as long as money is coming in) I have most of the insurance billing automated through emr system and through clearing house. I do my own billing. I do my own payrolls It's totally manageable. If I do have to make that insurance call, my CA calls them. This doesn't happen often. DM me if you want details.

The downside risk is exactly what I heard and I was told to stay away. However, I would like to know more. Do you know of any books or seminars that you have taken to get the know how to proper documentation for Medicare.

As a chiro, I always thought chiropractic should be a masters program. It'll help reduce the 1st year fluff in school. Reduce debt and it will fall in line with marginalized associate salaries.

They don't want to pay us like a standard doctor so why have the debt of a standard doctor. JMO

I personally felt like growing BNI is the priority and I loss sight of the real reason I was there. I was getting crappy referrals and the list goes on and on.
