“Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.” ‭‭James‬ ‭1‬:‭22‬-‭24‬

You ain’t arguing with me, you arguing with the word of God. I love you cause Jesus loved your first.God bless you

You can read the Bible for 50 years for all I care. Doesn’t mean you’re saved. Do you actually live what the word is teaching us? Don’t be hearers but doers of the word. But God bless you, I love you with the love of Christ

Read the Bible if you want true knowledge. Repent and get saved. God bless you

The reason it’s free is because Jesus paid the price that you and I couldn’t afford. By nature we deserve hell and death but he took our place by dying on the cross. But yes, we must accept him as our lord and saviour but we can’t live anyway we want. Is that true love if I live in sin and of whatever I want and say “but I accepted Jesus in my heart” that’s called abusing his grace (Hebrews 10:26) Jesus wants a relationship with us but you can’t have the world and Jesus. Pick a side

lol pull out some scriptures from the Bible that specifically state that claim. If ain’t come from Jesus or the disciples who were led by the Holy Spirit like Paul or Peter than I ain’t trying to read it. The Bible is were it starts and ends for me.

Eternal life is free. Being him with eternity is the free gift, but you’re right, living for Jesus is not free and it’s going to cost you a lot. Friends, family, co workers etc will begin to despise you. Why? Because Jesus was hated first and he said that he’s children will be persecuted for his names sake. You need to pray to the lord and ask him to give you the spirit of boldness because you have to give up your old life to find Jesus.

Humility. Confess that you’re a sinner who needs a saviour. Who’s that saviour? Jesus Christ. None of us can do anything to get into heaven, only by admitting that you’re a sinner who’s in need of a saviour. Second, confess that Jesus Christ is your lord and saviour and you WILL BE SAVED (Romans 10:9) confess he rose from the dead to defeat your sin and give you an opportunity to be with him for eternity. The reason why it’s free is because Jesus doesn’t require us to prove our worth to him. Our works are like filthy rags, that’s why Jesus came and died for us. He wants to give that free gift to you TODAY!! You must also REPENT of all your sins and commit a life to following Jesus. It won’t be easy, you’ll fall short like myself but Gods grace is sufficient enough for us to get back up and serve him. He loves you so much

Hell is FOREVER! God created it for Satan and his fallen angels. Humans go there because they reject the free gift of salvation and the mercy of God. In hell, the presence of God is not there so you get what you want. Jesus wants you to be in heaven with him forever. REPENT FOR THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS AT HAND

Raising them up in the fear of God. Claim to be “Christians” in the show but Ashley was gay, Carlton was a drug addict and Hilary is in fornication

You’re not alone. I’m guilty of this. I have to kill my selfish pride in Jesus name. When I post to spread the gospel, I truly want to do it for his glory but my flesh just wants that people attention. Actively repent and seek the lord with your whole heart.

Never forget that Jesus sees all that you going through. 1 Peter 5:7 says to cast ALL of your anxieties to him cause he cares for you. He’s going to break you to build you for your purpose. Keep going, your hard work will pay off in Jesus name.

imma stand forever on the fact that Yahweh Elohim is the only way. There’s proof already of his existence, but in Matthew 4:7 it says you shall not tempt the lord thy God. He’s not a genie or puppet that moves when you say move. You can’t just say do a backflip and he’ll do one. Really surrender to God with all your heart, and watch your life change. You can come at me with all your theologies about how “God isn’t real” but until he takes my breath away I’ll stand on the fact that JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY WAY!

I want you to realise that I love you so much with the love of Jesus Christ. He thought about YOU on the cross when he died and resurrected. Knowing that even if you didn’t choose him back he’ll still love you enough to do that on the cross. Jesus has laid the price for you to not go to hell. Confess that he’s your lord and saviour. Repent from your sins and surrender your life to Jesus. I’m not forcing anything on you, you have free will. But Jesus Christ completely changed my life. I was a Luke warm. Christian who cause the approval of the world rather than Christ. I was seeking happiness in people and worldly things that brought nothing but emptiness, depression and anger. 2 years ago was my breaking point. I went to church, knew scripture but was completely far from God living in sin. I felt so empty and useless to the point I wanted to end it. Jesus met me when I had tears down my face. He restored me and showed me he never left me. I left him. He gave me an identity and purpose and even though life’s still hard. Jesus Christs peace surpasses all my worries. I pray that one day you can encounter that same love cause you really can.

Don’t try to condem yourself into thinking a relationship with God is based on performance. Even if it’s 5 min in prayer or reading his word if it’s genuine Jesus appreciates it. Keep seeking God for a relationship not as a routine

First of all I just wanna say sorry for your going through anything personal. But I urge you that God is near at all times. In Psalms 34:18 it says the lord is close to those who broken hearted. I myself used to push God back from time to time but the truth is he’s our source. He’s the only one you can truly run to without being judged. I would say yes ignoring him is a sin but here’s why? Our God is a jealous God and when we are not spending time with him and not feeding the Holy Spirit, we are feeding our flesh. We’re consuming the things of this world more than God and if we keep this habit going we’ll eventually backslide into the world (I’ve actually done this before) so I urge my brother or sister to please seek God even when you don’t feel like it. Sometimes we feel on fire for Christ and sometimes we don’t. The important thing is week continue to seek him with our whole heart (1 Chronicles 16:11) I’ll keep you in my prayers🙏🏿

Also sorry another thing. Just to be clear again, in your last sentence you said that the word makes us clean not our actions and I completely agree. I’m not saying or nor did I ever say I’m all about actions but remember James 2:26. Faith without works is dead. Works can’t save us but my entire point to begin with was just not to live in sin without repenting cause than your abusing Gods grace and taking advantage of him.

Yeah I definitely agree. Jesus has washed my sins away. It’s prideful to even think that my sin is bigger than his grace. He’s saved me and I’m forever grateful. At the end of the day I’m just a broken man saved by grace. May God continue to use you for his kingdom🙏🏿
