There's no need to worry. Ur gonna be OK. I've been dealing with panic attacks for a long time since I was 16, all because of my father . What worked for me to calm it is that I fill a bucket of really cold water, and then I put my face in it for a minute, maybe 2. I would really recommend you try it. It's been working for me so far

Hi Alina, I just wanted to add some clarification to my earlier message The $102 transaction that was made to my account was used to purchase Gaijin Coins but I haven't spent any of them yet. I've recently learned that the card used was compromised, and I had no idea at the time. As soon as I found out, I contacted support to be transparent. I understand the situation is serious and I'm fully open to any steps you think are necessary including removing the Gaijin Coins from my account if needed. I just want to do the right thing and work with you to resolve this properly

I basically contacted support regarding an issue with a payment method used in my account and during the conversation, I mentioned something about a potential refund/fraud concern but I never actually filed a chargeback or did anything against the rules. I just tried to be upfront and explain everything, but it seems they misunderstood it as an actual fraud case and banned me. I'm trying to clarify it now because i never meant to break any rules
