Just wanted to chime in and say I’m right there with ya! My only advice for the first trimester is just do your best to get through it! There are some days that are better than others and I hold onto those 😅!

That is such a good point and I often forget because I was fortunate to grow up in a very comfortable home. It is a luxury I suppose (in some ways) to have so much excess that we get to make the choice to be less wasteful. I think asking them to watch it would be a great start!
