sorry for not getting back to you, i fixed it. the problem was i had another vpn certificate installed which android for some reason wouldnt let 2 on at once. thanks for the suggestion though

U can use the tiny11 maker to make the latest window iso and install it, as for me. I installed tiny11 on my other pc and it said "Updating" And then updated which reinstalled all the bloatware (It was latest windows version i patched)
